At Flevoura, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our artisanal teas. Due to the perishable nature of our products (tea and herbs), we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” once the package has been opened or the seal has been broken, to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
1.1 Damaged or Defective Items In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof: Please email us at info@flevoura.com or WhatsApp us at +94 78 808 0781 with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
1.2 Refunds (If Applicable) Once your refund request is received and inspected (based on photographic evidence), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via Bank Transfer within 7-10 working days.
